How it works

This five-month experience is designed to elevate your career through executive insight, peer collaboration, and personalized support.

You'll participate in two sessions per month:

Executive Insight Sessions

Each month begins with a live, fireside chat-style conversation featuring a senior Communications Executive. These sessions offer insider perspectives on one of the five key leadership topics, plus time for Q&A.

Small Group Strategy Sessions

Frequently asked questions

Who will be in the program?

Each group will include mid-to-senior-level communications professionals. Participants may work in-house, in an agency, non-profit, or a government organization. There is no restriction. The exact mix depends on who signs up, but all participants share the same goal: leveling up their leadership and strategic impact.

How many people will be in my small group?

Up to 10 participants in the action plan sessions. Small by design—so you get real connection and personalized feedback.

When are the calls?

There will be two calls per month held during the business day. Early in each the month, we will conduct the executive expert conversation. With a week's break in between, the second call will be with the small groups. We will do our best to ensure calls are at a time when most participants can attend. And all calls are recorded if you can't attend live.

What is the Level-Up Library?

This resource will be available to Communications Career Accelerator participants and includes relevant videos, articles, and downloadable tip sheets.

What if I can’t attend every session?

No problem. Every session is recorded and shared in our private online community so you can catch up anytime.

Will there be a way to connect with others during the program?

Yes! You’ll have access to a private online community where you can chat, share ideas, and get feedback between sessions.

Can I change tier levels after the program starts?

Yes. You can upgrade to a higher tier anytime. You’ll only pay the difference between your current tier and the new one.

Is it possible my company would pay for this?

It definitely could be. This is a professional development program for communications professionals. It is not about changing jobs - it's about becoming a better leader.

What is the refund policy?

If you’re not satisfied, you can request a full refund up to the completion of the first session.
If you’ve completed a full coaching session as part of your program, $250 will be deducted from your refund to cover that session.
