This is the program most clients choose — and for good reason. Instead of fitting you into a template, we design your engagement around exactly what you need. Two focused sessions, email follow-up throughout, and a clear plan you can act on immediately.
When your job search isn’t going as planned, it’s time to enlist the help of a team to keep you accountable and motivated to do the things you need to land successfully. This program includes exclusive online resources to support your job search, a 30-minute LinkedIn and Resume review session and weekly meetings with a team of up to 10 other job seekers.
This is the full engagement — four sessions over ten weeks, with the time and depth to tackle your story, your network, your job search or growth strategy, and your next-level positioning all at once. You'll also get up to four quick-call check-ins — 20-minute touchpoints to debrief an interview, get a “kick in the pants” on accountability, or just touch base without burning a full session. Plus, email support throughout. If you're in a job search, Job Search Success Team access is included (monthly fee still applies).
